Steven is deeply immersed in the world of IT — constantly seeking to expand his expertise across enterprise infrastructure, cloud, AI, and automation. With over 21 years of experience, he holds certifications from Red Hat, VMware, Microsoft, and Cisco, and is a multi-vendor certified instructor delivering training to enterprises across Malaysia and internationally.

He is simultaneously an IT Instructor delivering customised enterprise training, a Scrum Master running the Cognitoz dev team, the Lead Designer and Architect across multiple SaaS products, and an active IT Consultant on infrastructure projects. With this much going on — social media was always the first thing to fall off the table.

Why Steven Built Miss2Asia

As an SMB owner himself, Steven experienced the exact pain that Miss2Asia solves. Between delivering training sessions, managing the Cognitoz dev team as Scrum Master, architecting new platforms, handling client consultancy, and running day-to-day business operations — keeping up with social media was simply impossible.

His business pages sat dormant. Posts from two or three years ago were the last thing audiences saw. Not because he didn't care — but because there was no time left in the day after everything else was handled. As a passionate instructor, every free hour went back into learning, building, or teaching. Social media always lost.
