Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policies on subscription cancellation, plan changes, and refund eligibility.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for Miss2Asia subscription plans and services. By subscribing to any Miss2Asia plan, you agree to the terms stated here. In the event of a conflict with any specific written agreement, the written agreement shall prevail.

2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting [email protected].
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the platform until that date.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing period.
  • Cancellation of a subscription does not delete your account or stored content immediately — data retention follows our Privacy Policy.

3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Miss2Asia operates a SaaS subscription model. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the following guidelines:

  • New subscriptions: Requests made within 7 days of the initial payment date may be eligible for a full refund, provided no significant platform usage has occurred.
  • Renewal charges: Refund requests for auto-renewal charges must be submitted within 48 hours of the renewal date.
  • Service outages: If a verified platform outage exceeds 24 consecutive hours within a billing cycle, a pro-rated credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Promotional or discounted plans: Non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Setup fees or onboarding costs (if applicable)
  • Subscription periods where the service has been actively used
  • AI-generated content credits already consumed
  • Add-on features or third-party integrations purchased separately
  • Subscription payments older than 30 days from the billing date

5. PLAN CHANGES & DOWNGRADES

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and the price difference is prorated for the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference when downgrading mid-cycle.

6. ACCOUNT TERMINATION BY MISS2ASIA

If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

7. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To submit a refund request, email [email protected] with your account email, the reason for your request, and your transaction reference. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
